Superiore Ripasso Valpolicella Corvina Blend

A good but not great Valpolicella Ripasso. Rather light in color. Intense and grippy on the palate. Good value. #BacchusWineSocial #March2018 #valpolicellaripasso

This is a very light tasting wine, even though the alcohol content is 14% which is high to me, but I'm not so sure about the color. In the decanter it's deep purple but in the glass it has a hint of brown. It tastes okay so I hope it is!

Vintage 2014 Pehmeän tukeva.

Pleasant surprise....decanted smoothed out the acidity and became a nicely balanced wine with Pizza and wings. Comparable to the Masi .
