Simply delicious! Great accompaniment with some homemade ginger snaps tonight!
Great table wine. Not terribly complex, no oak presence, perfect to drink on its own or enjoy with a food looking for medium bodied acidity.

Same wine maker as the other Chablis pictured with significant differences. More oak presence and weight than traditional Chablis. To he paired with richer styled foods....lobster comes to mind. — 10 years ago
