Terroir de Courgis Chablis Chardonnay

Lime an kiwi. Great acid!

The reason wine people have bad teeth. Decant it, bright fresh lemon, stones, racy. Love.

Kind of big for a Chablis. Citrus, nuts, vanilla

Something like birthday candles on the nose. Jinny thought cantaloupe rind. Flaw? Other than that great typicity--intense chalky minerality, ripping acid. Puts on weight with air.

Lacking the crispness and minerality of a fine Chablis, but pleasantly drinkable.

Clean and fresh. Nice mineralogy.

Green apple and subtle lime notes.

Not terribly complex, no oak presence. Great on its own with the acid structure to stand up to food. Excellent value wine.

Bright and perfect with scallops and a birthday.

bright lemon. tongue buzzing acid. long citrus finish. Lauren loves it!
