Black currant and herb on the nose. Cherry of course. Full bodied but not heavily acidic. Medium finish. Not too sweet well balanced and smooth texture. Great wine to pair or drink alone! — 9 years ago

My heart is happy and smile is full. Beautiful wine for an insane price (as far as Châteneuf du Pape is concerned) and I wish we had this as readily available until the states ! Drinking this one slightly chilled. Well balanced acidity and incredibly enjoyable finish. 2012 continues to prove as an outstanding year for wine. — 9 years ago

Smoky flavor, nice balance of tannins. A bit acidic but smooth. Probably would be best paired with some meat to balance the acidity. Overall a good dinner pick. — 8 years ago
