9.3

Dry, light bodied forest berries, blackberry, black cherry, blueberry, the scent of cherry and raspberry, acidity, a hint of minerality and the slightest touch of tannins. Pairs very well with lamb and grilled poultry. This is a very different wine, much lighter and less earth, than prior vintages. — 5 years ago

Refreshingly dry zippy citrus balanced with body from the skin contact. Way too easy to drink. Just the way sparkling should be. Pairs tremendously well with cheese and salty crackers. — 5 years ago

That first sip is like walking up to a juice shack and gulping down an orange sherbet on the beach in the full height of summer heat. It’s refreshing and just right. It’ll be gone too quick and you’ll crave another. Very light, even delicate, dry with touches of peach, apricot and cantaloupe melon. There’s an ever so soft touch of effervescence that gives it a lovely taste. It’s quite refreshing and would go well with seafood, salads, summer pastas or just passing around with friends on a sunny afternoon in the park. — 5 years ago

Creamy green with apple honey and a touch of lemongrass. Scent of gummy bears. Semi-dry with a dash of sour. A curious combination of flavors. Pleasantly crafted. — 5 years ago

Ooooh boy, this one’s a tongue twister. Heavy acid with notes of lemon on the nose with a bit of lime as it rolls off. Starts a tad sweet then dries a bit as it opens up. Pleasant on it’s own or with lighter fare fish grilled chicken breast. — 5 years ago

A picnic in a bottle. Lovely dry peach sherbet. Smooth with a touch of liveliness on the nose. On the lighter side, but just enough body to pair with meatier fish. — 5 years ago

It’s like a warm night sitting around a fire pit. Instantly familiar, yet fresh, easy to relax with and complex enough to admire. Refreshingly light bodied. Strong dark cherry with hints of plum and an ever so subtle drop of sweetness. — 5 years ago
