My first ever, a fine Chenin Blanc, nose wonderful, apples, creamy pear and some spicy notes too, taste is bonedry, with an acid grip( which I like) a youngster but works with oven cooked Hake, asparagus, new potatoes and my beurre blanc with saffron🥰🇫🇷 — 7 years ago

This wine is a nix of 2011/2012/2013 very creamy and thrilling wine of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir( Aube region), hard to resist.
