100% Cab. I love that this wine let’s the varietal totally speak for itself, uninterrupted by other varietals. Silky smooth tannins and notes of olive oil cake, black cherry, and sautéed porcini mushrooms. Amazingly tasty now, but I’m excited to try it again in a couple years. — 4 years ago
