Syrah

This Syrah is smokey like a campfire with a bit of spice. All your Syrah flavors coming alive in the best of ways! I can only imagine it will get better with age.

I love that this wine has strong fruity flavors. It also includes savory flavors as well as some delicious spices. Polished and wonderful!

Very fruit forward for a Syrah (which I love). Notes of caramel and smoked blackberries

I cannot get enough of this wine. I’m learning to like Syrahs thanks to this wine’s fruit forward, dark plum, bacon-y, and blackberry flavors. Paired really well with homemade chili on NYE!

This Syrah has all the components I love - terrific tannins and flavors of peppery, meaty, spicy flavors that open up to black fruits and cocoa. Not (yet) as smooth as the 2016 vintage, though I expect it will rival it nicely in the future.

Rich plum flavors surround my mouth with added cherry. The structure is complex but lovely when it finishes with coffee & hints of pistachio.
