An interesting wine from southern Italy. Perricone grape is a rare variety even in Sicily. Very aromatic with red berries, earth, some herb notes. Strong taste, a bit on tannic side. Nice value. — 10 years ago
Rich golden color. Nose reveals aromas of honey, ripe yellow apple, tropical fruits, and very strong notes of petrol. On the palate acidic attack, overridden by sweet sensation, with honey, tropical, petrolic long aftertaste. Great value — 10 years ago
Valtellina Superiore from the Inferno viticultural sub-zone, made from 95% chiavennasca (the local name for nebbiolo); 5% pignola and pinot nero. Just as to be expected, the wine is crimson bright color, aromas of dried red fruit, and tar. Medium body, with excellent acidity, good balance. Food wine. Went smooth with home made pizza. Very good. — 10 years ago

This is a noble semillon from Yarden series of Golan winery. The noble Botrytis mold was allowed to develop on hand-harvested clusters of Semillon grapes. The result is fantastic sweet and delusions desert wine, which goes extremely well with rich pies, or gorgonzola cheese. Apricot and honey aromas, beautiful color. — 10 years ago
