Well buttered balance, with fruity notes and not overwhelming oak flavours. This is would be the epitome of the French class that is classically seen in this region. Terribly delicious, easily paired with a wonderful meal and great friends settling in for a Sunday afternoon. However sneaky side note, definitely good for a session on its own too! — 4 years ago
A Tempranillo with gentle winding legs, it’s spent time with oak hence it’s very woody nose, with walnut and raspberry very little to no body at all. — 3 years ago
Whimpering berries and light plumb, this is a great wine if you’ve had a few already and don’t really want to experience every flavour usually found in a negroamaro summer rose... unlike the “Juicy June” label the only sauciness this wine will create is a head thumping regret the morning after... not for me exactly but still not altogether bad perhaps a good starting point for those starting to transition their palette from white wine to red.... — 4 years ago
Light Pinot Grigio
Mellow light yellow colour, all rounder, light florals slight fruit.... almost trying to come out but not distinguished, if you wanted to take a step up from sav Blanc then this is your guiding gal but if you’re a regular Pinot Grigio lover don’t get sucked into the sommelier telling you it’s the best... it’s good value for what it is... but that’s where I’ll leave it then — 3 years ago
