This high altitude, lightly filtered Northern Rhone Syrah drinks well for letting the fruit unwind into all types of jamminess and good earth. Enjoy now or later. — 5 years ago
Bright cherry with slight fizz on the finish. Perfect with a slight chill, on its own or with a farm to table meal. Drink it now, drink it when you can and save a bottle for those days when you deserve it. — 5 years ago
Maybe we drank this too young, and are still developing our palate. At first the nose leads to the barnyard, then it takes a turn to the garage. The chemical combinations of flavor are industrial at best. The finish only to be described as caustic. Bonus: it's organic! — 5 years ago
Give this one some time and enjoy the rich minerality. The purity of this garnacha and the history of the vines is worth drinking now or saving for later. A well cared for vineyard produces this excellent single grape bottle. — 5 years ago
What a delightful surprise. Picked this up after work on a hot July day. Put a slight chill on it, and went back the next day for a few more bottles. Light, fruity, and that little bit of fizz. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a no-oak red that's drinkable on its own or with a nice arugala salad and roast chicken. — 5 years ago
