Slow to open, restrained dark fruit notes, velvety and smooth. Could go another 10 to 15 years possibly. Very enjoyable. — 6 years ago
Very smooth opening, hardly any tannin, opened up as it warmed from the cellar temperature, past its peak but not dead. Lots of red fruit and boardering on port like. Interesting, glad I opened it, went really well with the Osso Bucco.

Couldn’t believe how much fruit was left, lovely wine, took about an hour to 2 hours to open. Went really well with the meat, faint notes of plum — 6 years ago

A lovely deep amber in the glass, mixed notes of melon, pineapple with a clean finish, had it with a savory blue cheese and honey crumble — 6 years ago

Had this bottle at the Bird Cafe in Pt Arena. They have very reasonable corkage fees. This is a very velvety dense Pinot. Loved it, so glad I started buying from winery in early 2000, think this 2014 could go another 15-20 years.
Slow to open, but lasting through the 3 hour dinner, wish bottle was bigger — 5 years ago
