Very pale straw with a consistent concentration and a thin water white rim. No green. Medium intensity of aroma, restrained, fresh pineapple, lemon chiffon, merengue, no apparent oak. Light body, medium acidity, medium alcohol 12.1%. Palate is dominated by juicy white grapefruit with a hint of lime, white pepper, a touch of bitterness on the medium finish. reflective, evenly concentrated straw with golden hue and a hint of green. Initial aromas are from fermentation, yeast esters, clotted cream, confectionary sugar, and pear with a touch of banana. Primary fruit aromas are neutral but ripe, pineapple, lemon curd, and baked pear. A dry wine with medium, mouthwatering acidity. Full bodied with a smooth viscosity, touch of astringency. 13.8% ABV lends warmth to the lips. Medium complexity, medium plus concentation. Very, very pale pink. Large water white rim. Faintly aromatic, brine dominates, subtle watermelon and white flowers. A dry wine with very light body, medium plus acid offering mouthwatering refreshment, medium plus alcohol 13% gives the perception of spice on the medium finish. Very subtle flavors on the palate, fresh red fruit. So subtle that this wine should be enjoyed alone or as an aperitif but delightfully refreshing. — 8 years ago

2014 - Brilliant, reflective, dark straw with a copper hue and a thin water white rim. Intensely aromatic, floral dominant, rose blossom, hibiscus, honeysuckle, subtle stone fruit and citrus, apricot, orange peel, and cantaloupe, a fleeting wisp of cigarette smoke. A dry wine but the mouth-filling perfume leaves a perception of sweetness. Medium plus alcohol lends a lingering warmth and viscosity to the palate. Medium plus acid and a touch of bitterness gives balance to the juicy ripe fruit aromas in the mouth. Vibrant cranberry, ruby red. Looks like cherry hard candy. Consistent concentration. Aromatic, fresh red fruit, strawberry, red cherry, mineral (talc). Light body, medium acid, light astringency, medium alcohol does not go unnoticed and warms the belly 12.5%. Balanced, medium finish, cherry dominant with a notable bite of amaro. 60% Chardonnay 30%Chenin blanc 10% Pinot noir . Aggressive, persistent, refreshing bead that pops on the nose and on the palate. Neutral aromatics, freshly sliced Granny Smith apple, Anjou pear, a hint of rose petal, lemon zest and a brief whiff of biscuit. Linear, mouthwatering acid, acid, creamy and juicy palate, medium body, medium alcohol 12%. A well balanced mix of white fruit and citrus finishes with a touch of golden toast. No bitterness. Medium plus intensity of aroma in the nose floral dominant and mineral driven (chalk). Rose petal, dried green herbs, tomato leaf. Subtle fruit aromas are ripe, red cherry candy, raspberry jam.
