You really should try a solaia 2010 or an ornellaia 2008/2002 to do the supertuscans justice. On the less super-pricey side, you also have tassinaia from bolgheri, we tried the 2006 vintage and it was divine. Superb price / quality ratio at around 70 eur a bottle. I'd also recommend the pure Sangiovese grape brunello di montalcino "pian delle vigne" 2007. It is mind blowing.
