60% Gros Maseng, 20% Petit Manseng, 20% Arrufiac. Med+ acidity, steely, clay, dried grass, under ripe lemon, faint lime in the finish. ... and I keep getting faint hints of a pineapple & barrel flavor profile characteristic in the finish, that Ive only have come across with a few fume blancs. Popped the flavors of grilled chicken with cumin & lemon zest. — 8 years ago
Floral nose. Off the charts acidity, juicy and peachy, with some citrus flavors in the mix. Wow- the acids. It is different- reminds me somewhat of a NZ Savignon Blanc, but with a more interesting flavor profile — 3 months ago

Looks like chateau d'Yquem. Could drink it all day long- reminiscent of flavor of chateau as well — 8 years ago
Made from arrufiac, petit corbu and manseng. Drank it with a terrine of citrusfruit and white chocolatemousse. Wow! The wine rises above its classification, really wonderfull. — 10 years ago
