A great district for quality Pinot Noir is the Adelaide Hills. A producer new to me - Georgie found on the menu at Rick Shores at Burleigh Heads. Also attracted by the Ashton Vineyard. Red fruits of strawberry and raspberry made in the natural style sourcing fruit from biodynamic vineyards at Gentle Folk - juicy and fresh. 50% whole bunch in the ferment. — 3 years ago
Smooth tannins, light fruit — 7 months ago
Monday Afternoon Sushi Session with Ashton! All I wanted as Sake, Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna & an Ice Cold Japanese Lager — 10 months ago
— 4 years ago
An old favourite Pinot Noir chosen off the Wine List at Blowfish Broadbeach. Red fruits and confectionery. A lovely volume to the medium weight palate with excellent mouthfeel - supple tannins. Always enjoyable - from the Adelaide Hills. — 9 months ago
Really good Chardonnay, not buttery, nice and dry. — 3 years ago
Wonderful winemaking craftwomanship by Chenoa Ashton Lewis. Fruit blossoms of pear, peach, apricot, blackberries. Gentle Mediterranean spices - rosemary, thyme, oregano, with a subtle savory baseline. Plenty of lasting structure that beckons — 3 years ago

Enjoyed more than the last bottle, perhaps it was Patrick’s wonderful grilled steaks or his company, but it was dark and flavorful ($50). — a month ago
