Perfect pairing for Persian food—specifically meats. — 3 months ago
One of Vinas Mora top wines, 100% Babić from some of their oldest vines (60+ years old vines) in the Primošten appellation, not far from Split, on Croatia’s northern Dalmatian coast. Vines are rooted in stony, limestone soils (Kaamen means rocks). Fermented with indigenous yeasts, some of it aged in neutral oak barrels for 12 months. Bright red fruit, candy, some earthy notes. Juicy, slightly savory — 2 years ago

Per Ruffian wine list: Ocean-scented Chateauneuf meets aged Burgundy or Jura. Babic is usually a bit clunky with delicious chocolate and plum flavors: This one is the smoothest and sleekest I've had. From the emerging cru of Northern Dalmatia. — 2 years ago
