Yummy. Smooth. Great leg. Super nose. — 5 years ago
Interesting blend of floral and apple notes. Light-bodied, but not too light, with a smooth finish. A bit tart at the end. Overall, a nice wine.

Delicious and superb milk stout. Lots of chocolate with hints of coconut and caramel in the nose. A nice gentle foam head with just a little carbonation.
Taste wise, it is smooth and rich without being overpowering. Lots of chocolate mixing with malt with hints of coffee and caramel.
Overall, this Hall and Woodhouse Badger milk stout is one to savour and enjoy. — 4 years ago

This is a major league workhorse fastball befitting the modern age; this is a Gini Wijnaldum wine, elegant, robust, & uncompromising in its considerable effort to shape thought, space, and facilitate room to the work. Unsung hero, surprising in its inclination to balance, & delightful. Got all them savories, got them grit, got a streak of badger & delightful acid. Chuffed with this. — 8 years ago
Delicious. Minerality, forest floor, dark red fruit — a year ago
Already developed into drinking window. Sometimes you have these wines that do not tip the high rating scales, not overly complex, layered or standout elements. No, this is just really well balanced and giving a lot of pleasure and easy drinking.
Funny fact: This cuvee name means badger in Occitan, a wink at the animal who eats Jean-Francois' grapes.. 🦡 — 2 years ago

Oak and strong. And badger lost...whoot whoot — 8 years ago
Smokey, tobacco, raspberries, spice... Very well done big, complex and engaging Pinot Noir. Plums, some barnyard notes and quite a bit of fruit overall but with a decided oak finish.
Trump ought to resign but it will take the courts, Congress, the media and most of all the people to badger him and his frail ego until he bails out of his criminal reign of terror.
Wine helps us get through these days.
