Neither beer nor wine (or, even more accurate; in fact ,it’s both!) , but really good. Some cherry and chalky minerals emerge from the glass. Dry, hoppy aftertaste alongside the perfectly balanced grape characteristics (fruit of the forest, wet stones). — 2 years ago
