60% Nero Di Troia, 30% Montepulciano, 10% Bombino. I’ve only had Montepulciano. Incredibly smooth. Light tannins. Plum and black berries with a slight spice on the finish. Enjoyed on Henderson Beach with my love. — 3 months ago

From folkways.com: This is an organically and biodynamically farmed white wine from Emilia-Romagna in central/north Italy made from a very rare grape called Bombino Bianco. The area where this variety was cultivated was quite poor; as a result the white wines made from Bombino gained the name 'pagadebit,' or 'repaying debts' — the farmers of the region grew this prolific grape variety because it was a sure bet during harvest and meant they could always pay the bills. This isn’t the wine - Argentinian Cabernet Franc from 1 acre producing only 300 bottles! Drinkable yet complex - smoky tobacco leather and red berry red currant freshness cutting through. Best on day 2. — a month ago
