I usually don’t give Champagne air time, but this one needs a little. Pretty harsh upon opening. After 30 minutes it’s good. Green banana and sherry on the nose. Very sour underripe fruit, lemon juice and sea shells. A lot of minerals and mouth-puckering acidity. Quite good for an affordable Champagne but I prefer Bourmault — 3 days ago
