Just bottled after almost 9 years in barrel without topping. The most sherry-like wine I've had without adding any distillate. Harvested with high sugars but very light and extremely savory. — 11 years ago
Almonds, mousse, subtle guava fruits, wrapped in a yeasty aroma. Bright green apple fruit, with persistent acidity on the mid-palate. Finish lingers with soft, smooth texture. Paired with doughnut holes from Bosa doughnuts. — 7 years ago
— 9 years ago
Now this is different. Like a variation of an amontillado sherry. Bosc pear, bitter almonds, hazelnut and herbs. Dry. — 7 years ago
Look like "Champignon Magique in 2001 vintage"(@ ̄□ ̄@;)!! — 8 years ago
Chestnut-barrel aged sweet golden apples, apricots and peaches from the sun! All that sweetness is balanced with some phenolic sand sea salt. Very unique stuff. — 11 years ago

Deep gold colour. Aromas of musty melon butter and honey with a hint of warm honeysuckle. A hint of resin also. Buttery soft mouthfeel. Tastes fruity of overripe warm yellow grapes with a hint of tobacco. Not over sweet and not too boozy. Lovely — 5 years ago
