ハーブやいかにも火山性な火薬、火打ち石感。
透明感に溢れながらもダークチェリーやドライフルーツ、醤油っぽい香り。
アーシーな雰囲気もあって、どこかりんごみたいな香りも。
言葉に置き換えるのが難しいほどの複雑味と多面性。
クリスマスだったので、チキンと食べたが、やっぱりあんまり合わなかったなぁ。
