Château Billeron Bouquey

Château Billeron Bouquey

Saint Émilion Grand Cru Red Bordeaux Blend 2020

Another Saint Emilion I've never had before, with a hokey gold medal sticker on the side of the bottle. This has so much hair on it upon initial pouring. Having a few sips and coming back to it later. Massive blackberry and plum flavors, very bitter wet leaves, pumice stone, high acid, high tannin, high alcohol pronunciation. It's way too amplified- maybe it will chill the eff out in an hour.
Listening to Cake.

Chateau Grand Bouquey

St. Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend 2010

Great red deep color with full body and lots of tannin.
Medium acidity and excellent nose and after taste.
Drank with Cindy and Joe and Dona in Haslett on September 2017, during Labor Day weekend visit and while playing 42.

Château Petit Bouquey

Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend 2010

When you are on the precipice of feigned glory and sheer elegance, the tannin-rich essence of this chocolate sprinkled monogamy blend will soothe your palate in a way that only a Martha's Vineyard breeze can arouse one's soul — 10 years ago
