Bdb classic - floral, citrus, tart apple and pear with a fair amount of depth, minerality, and creaminess to accompany the pleasant acidity. Balanced and more pleasing with a little air and time. — a year ago

Vibrant salmon pink. Abundant nose of ripe peach and tangerine. Toasted brioche added to these in the lush, medium palate. Lingering red fruit finish. Fruity without being "fruity" is a great description of this. The rosé from Franck Bonville's second label is a great starter and an excellent accompaniment to a wide range of cuisines. Drink it when you buy it, of course. — 2 years ago

Delicious. Happy 248th birthday America & all Delectable users.
Nice, soft mousse, slightly rich, gentle co2, green apple, lemon meringue, lime zest, tropical melons, both white stone fruits, kiwi, underripe pineapple juice, vanillin, some minty & dry herbs notes, semi-moist chalk power, alluvial limestone, sea spray, soft white spice, bread dough, light yeastiness, yellow florals & lilies, jasmine with fairly heavy greens, nice, round, soft acidity and a well balanced, structured, tensioned and smartly polished finish that last ninety seconds.

The Camille Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs cuvée is the very first Champagne from Olivier Bonville, originally from Champagne Franck Bonville. The Grapes are sourced from the terroir of Avize, which has richness and diversity. The champagne is named after his daughter Camille and is 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from vineyards in Avize as well. Main nuances are green apple, brioche, plum and tasty on both nose and palate. Can be very aromatic and rich with white flowers notes. It has a fruity but refreshing entry with a distinguished mild-tart of a green apple, intense brioche, toasty and “Cream Brûlée” on the mid-range taste. Fantastic mouthfeel, dry, sharp and accentuated minerality. Paired with Thai seafood and was magnificent! — a month ago
