Showing nice complexity with a little bit of oak and vanilla notes, but not overwhelming at all.
Alcohol is well-balanced as well, although high, so watch out.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with fresh oysters. Delicious.
Aged for 8 months in 20% New French oak barrels. A small production of only 50 cases.
14.2% alcohol by volume.

This is a great Cabernet Sauvignon based blend from Napa Valley. Showing nice complexity with a great mouthfeel.
Good by itself or with food. Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up ( 30 minutes).
Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, but already delicious. I would love to revisit this in 5 years.
