Quite nice on a chilly Saturday ($13) — 5 years ago
Cranberry rosé...very very very good. Belmont butchery purchase :) Pairs well with Pimento cheese, chilly walks and ticket to ride. — 6 years ago
Ah, €8 at the local Coop. It's delectable. Bright fruit, summer cherries, a little spice, but not heavy on the tongue. Overall a gorgeous wine with simple pasta, pork, and just drinking while watching a great spy flick on a chilly winter's evening. — 9 years ago
YUM. Red berries and earth. It’s a little cloying right after you open it, but in 10 minutes it mellows out into an amazing red to pair with hearty food on a chilly night. — 3 years ago
Just the right about of sweet and red. went great with pork belly on a chilly night. — 4 years ago
A very good take on Syrah , especially considering that it came from chilly Washington. Lighter color than usual , bright and fruity on the nose , nice long finish. Apparently aging it for 14 years really mellows it out nicely! — 5 years ago

Very pleasant Bordeaux blend - served with a roast and roasted vegetables on a chilly night — 7 years ago
Strawberries, roses, a cool spring day, with a chilly evening and the promise of summer, on the drier side — 8 years ago

The nose screams lemon and then you are hit with round acidity on the palate. Quite rich with pear and peach (I'm drinking this on the chilly side). A little astringent note on the finish gives away the appellation. Great to see what can be achieved with a Bourgogne Blanc in the right hands. Worth the 100€ a bottle retail price? That's another debate 😉 a joy to drink anyways, happy to be able to buy some bottles and curious for their higher cru's 🚀 — 4 years ago
Perfect blend in this chilly evening 2013- superb — 6 years ago
One of my favorite cabs- deep berry flavor but woodsy. Who would think I’d be enjoying it on a chilly Summer evening? — 7 years ago
At its peak I think. Great wine with some pasta and homemade red sauce on a chilly Sunday night in Chicago. — 8 years ago
A new one on me. Vaulignot is known for chilly, ascetic expression but this is a 2015 so it's got meat aplenty on the bones. Gorgeous round stone fruit, lees action, malolactic, with the backbone to match as expected but certainly not searing or tight. Balanced and lush, like a thought you want to follow. — 9 years ago

Beautifully smooth, structured & fruit forward. Opened in January 2023. Perfect to drink right now. Bought these awhile ago at the winery. Great experience. Even better wine today. Enjoyed with Rafael a chilly on Saturday night. — 3 years ago
