Uhhh, quite the mind-blowing bottle. The finesse of this build is pure class. The oak is prominent but is a Prince Charming to Cinderella’s sweet perfect vintage fruit set. Tropical and touch floral with an amazing Meyer lemon & crème brûlée finish (that is silky/long). Top shelf build :) — 3 years ago
Very sweet. On the verge of too sweet. — 3 years ago
2015 for dinner with grilled NY Steaks salt a pepper finish. Fruit on the wine complemented the fat full flavor of the beef but the harmonious touch of dried herbs and an earthiness of mouth feel came together. In a really big sensation of married flavors to hand you the real deal. Beautiful Cabernet. Great wine and flavor combination to remember. Excellent. No rush to dink this wine it has years. — 4 years ago
I wasn’t expecting this to work since the last one I opened was shot. This tastes a bit different than I expected but is still has a great color. The nose is a bit muted which I don’t think is a surprise and it’s a bit more acidic than I recall. Residual/crystalized sugar at the bottom of the glass so maybe that has precipitated out and changed the flavor a bit. The finish is lasting but more on the puckering side than I would have expected. — 5 months ago
Intense, elegant, and complex. Dark fruits abound with hints of mocha. Be sure to recant for a few hours beforehand. — 4 years ago
A taut puzzle to start. Better once decanted and given 30-45 minutes to open. Once through that rectification (it was yesterday’s word of the day) this baby was quite the ride. Beautifully fragrant and inviting. Not deeply dark in color but still richly deep purple. The fruit is layered and comes in waves. Dark fruit, blueberries lingering finish. I expected this to be a very good CA Cab. I was wrong this was special. Lots of resonating impulses here. Loved this. It was great. — 10 months ago
A little 5iron punch and run - very va with a touch of Monticello fruit. Medium body with slightly sweet/tarty fruit punch. Easy to pair — 4 years ago

Pretty nose of rose and violets, soft blue and red fruits, touch of cocoa, hint of fresh herbs, velvet in the mouth, smooth and lively grippy tannins that makes you want to go back for more, black rock and soil. — 2 months ago
