Dark with a slightest of rusty-brown edge on the deep maroon center. Hint of funk. Cooked plum fruits and fresh herbal stuff. Flavors are very ‘winey’. Apple- black berry baked dessert with a hint of chocolate mint. Tannins are tongue dry. This has some character. Fleshy. Rustic. Fun. Not sure what the standard for Negrette is, but this is an interesting bottle of unfamiliar wine. — 9 months ago
A vanilla bomb! Vanilla, cedar, and black fruit dominant. The tannins are silky smooth. Can drink now or age a bit more. — 2 months ago

Dark fruit in the nose with blueberries, blackberries and boysenberries with a hint of vanilla in the palate. Very smooth and a wonderful Grenache blend. — 7 months ago
Juicy Margaux with fine tannin, gift from friends to go with swordfish dinner on Drakes Island (Maine & Vine, Kennebunkport) — 5 months ago
Forgot this wine, no indication of vintage except on the cork! A flashy earthy dark fruited presentation straight out of some wilderness, firm almost woodsy palate and good finish. Not at all what I would have thought of as Gamay. Looked like it didn’t present well several years ago. Age difference? — 7 months ago
Great structure, luscious, blueberry, dried fruit, spicy — a year ago
