Stumbling on a Dolcetto from Fenocchio is like finding a discarded sketch from DaVinci. Took a while to open up but gave hints of dark fruits. Relatively dry (despite the name) with grippy tannins. With weeknight shish taouk. — 2 years ago
Just tried the 2013 and it was delicious. Fruity and a fair amount of acidity, but lacking in the "oakiness" (sorry, can't come up with the professional term) at the finish. Great with a pasta and red sauce.
