Deep rich & red. Bold taste on a budget. — 8 months ago
My first Alsace riesling - sad I know!! Unmistakeable riesling nose - sweet stone fruit, mixed with petrol. High acid, but the overt sweetness on the nose is more controlled on the palate. Honey and sweet apple notes on a crisp, persistent finish. — 9 months ago
First time tasting this brand and so far enjoying it. — a month ago
Todd really liked, it has great cherry and current fruit, low acid, nice finish — 5 months ago
I’m torn. I don’t usually care for super sweet sakes, and this one is definitely that, but I had a ton of fun drinking this. This thing is HUGE. Almost overwhelming notes of cantaloupe, honeydew, banana, kiwi and pineapple are all up in your face when this hits your lips. It’s got plenty of alcohol to cut through the rich sweetness but almost no acidity. It’s lush and boozy and a hell of a good time, even if I wouldn’t call it a great sake overall. — 7 months ago
Scrumptious with marinara over pasta and meatballs!! Beautiful dark plum color, Dark berries on the nose, smoky and peppery on the palate. Nice zing in the back of the throat. I will always have this in the house, from now on; it’s that good. — 2 months ago
Beginning to explore some CA cabs. The ‘21 Dragon Vineyard from Turley, one of my staples for Zins and Petite Sirahs, was deep, opaque purple to the edge; lots of mineral, pencil lead and dark berry scents on the nose; loaded with dark fruits, earthy/woodsy flavors and sharp tannins that will benefit from more time in the bottle. — 6 months ago

Soft sweet plummy fruit, black currants, brown spices, some beefstew notes. Rounded and silky smooth, tannines hardly noticeable. Really nice!
