We toured this vineyard and caves in Sonoma (highly recommend it) run by the family that owned the famous North Beach restaurant in SF. I Picked up this 11 year old Syrah and saved it to pair with Ratatouille and it was one of the best Syrah’s I’ve ever had. — 7 years ago

This is rediculouos. For the money you will not beat it. I paid $12-15 on this, and it's Fing great. Just blows me away for the price. Great complexity, great structure, good fruit and acids. Damn it this is great for the dollar . Your a idiot if you don't buy this — 7 months ago
Excellent Pinot that rivals burgundy premier cru at a similar price point. Fresh with full tannins. Traditionally styled unlike many west coast pinots. Black fruit and black cherry on the nose. Needs to be thoroughly decanted for maximum flavor and enjoyment. Even better on the second day. This shows why Sonoma soils can grow a world class Pinot. Though Petroni seeks to grow Italianate grapes, I believe this is their best red. Note this is made in the moon mountain district and not the Russian river valley as delectable states. — 7 years ago

This is super inky in color. It's a mouthful of wine, good front to back and well balanced fruit. Definitely needs decanted. It's not for the faint of heart. Only 4-5 barrels made — 10 months ago

There’s never a good time to burry a chicken. They tend to die at inopportune moments. Commemorated by a roast chicken dinner, June lay in a box on the hottest day of the year waiting for her hole to be dug in the yard to forgo the 50$ fee of the crematorium. — 2 months ago
