プエスタ・エン・クルスという世界中で2haしか植ってないブドウからできるワインらしい。

24時間のスキンコンタクト、全房発酵、樽発酵らしい。

樽によるバニラや少しスモーキーなニュアンスがあるが、別に樽樽してる訳ではない。
緻密で果実味がしっかりあって、酸は柔らかめでナチュラルワインらしく、口当たりも柔らかだが、ミネラル感と滋味深い味わいで、うまくまとまっている。
赤ワインの後に飲んでも物足らなさがない。
