limpido cristallino. giallo verdolino tenue. non ha fatto macerazione. se no sarebbe stato piu carico di colore. potrebbe essere vitigno scarico di colore. anusare prima a bixchiere fermo per profumi piu volatili.
melone bianco. frutta gialla. cedro. pesca bianca. erbe. mentolata. foglia pomodoro. pomodoro grappolo. strusciate tra le mani. non dirette. colore giallino verdolino ai profumi.

acidita perche bocca saliva. sensazione tattile della acidita. molto lungo in bocca e sapido. chiusura amaricante, amara.

Light on the nose (prunes, minerality) with a big mouthfeel from strong tannins and rich cherry notes. Definitely needs an hour or so open before you drink it but is delightful with food that matches its strength. // Naso leggero (prugne, mineralità) con una grande sensazione in bocca. Tannini forti e note ricche di ciliegia. Deve essere aperto un'ora prima di berlo! Questo vino merita una cena abbastanza grande da contrastarlo. — 8 years ago

Not anymore a straight Sauvignon i got told
It has grechetto, riesling and perhaps trebbiano and malvasia too
It doesn't lose its marvellous mineral character
It resembles a Sancerre made with very ripe grapes, in fact there is a tendency with Matteo Ceracchi to harvest the Sauvignon at least, as far as I know, 10 to 15 days later than usual
Complexity benefits from this and still the wine doesn't lack freshness
It's long and promising
I am very happy i found a Matteo's wine so well made again after such a long time i hadn't tried it
