Not anymore a straight Sauvignon i got told
It has grechetto, riesling and perhaps trebbiano and malvasia too
It doesn't lose its marvellous mineral character
It resembles a Sancerre made with very ripe grapes, in fact there is a tendency with Matteo Ceracchi to harvest the Sauvignon at least, as far as I know, 10 to 15 days later than usual
Complexity benefits from this and still the wine doesn't lack freshness
It's long and promising
I am very happy i found a Matteo's wine so well made again after such a long time i hadn't tried it
Try it yourself if you can
Ps. I love the statement on the back label

This is what a lambrusco should be for me: juicy, velvety bubbles, a little dryness to keep you coming back for more. Drank before heading out to dinner only slightly chilled for an hour. Will be buying some more of this for my rack. — 5 months ago
2020 vintage. Excellent concentration. Medium body with a lengthy, deliciously dry, finish. Looking to taste through the rest of this producer's offerings. This particular wine a little pricey and won't be able to move it but really enjoyed. 04.09.25. — 9 months ago
Già più maturo rispetto a 2016 o 2015. La siccità è stata ben gestita, rimane ti incredibile bevinilitá e l'alcool 15,5 gestito ottimamente. — 3 years ago
Very nice fruity flavors. Could use a little time to develop and smooth out. — 7 months ago
Nicely rounded, barely any tannins palpable — 3 years ago
Sagee Aran
Light in color, medium in body, tanins are kicking. A perfumed wine withe notes of red fruit, a silky texture ( after tanins settle, 2 hours) very enjoyable with pasta and fish. — 2 months ago
