Pale lemon in color with a golden hue.

Fruity nose with flowers, apples, minerals and light spices.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and large bubbles.

Dry on the palate with a touch of RS.

Showing green and red apples, light yeast, lemons, minerals, spices, herbs and white pepper.

Medium finish with limes and herbs.

This 5 year old Sparkling wine from Northern Italy is nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. A good sipping wine.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 45 minutes of airtime.

Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly.

100% Chardonnay grapes were aged for 36 months on the lees.

12.5% alcohol by volume.
