On the nose, there is sweet cherry to be sure... Cherry brandy... A mossy, earthy note... Savory mushroom... Yup, we're in the woods... But warm... On the palate, some more green emerges perhaps... Still extremely savory though... Buttery pastry... Cherry is incredibly concentrated... Tannin is fluffy... Medium-short finish... Reading the label, I thought this would pair well with our strong-flavored barbeque, but it paired best with our beef and barley soup appetizer... I think if you could pair with something that includes filo pastry, it would do even better... — 7 months ago

Crisp, clean citrus and apple, hint of white peach and subtle spice. A wonderfully balanced Albariño that is an exceptionally versatile wine in good pairings.
