Lemon with an almond extract finish. Really nice — 3 years ago
A beautiful aroma of strawberries and cherries upon opening. Similar flavors with fine, silky tannins that made this a compelling experience. After a couple of hours, it began to shut down and was not as forthcoming. More cellar time required for this beauty. — 6 years ago
Bright lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and flinty floral and biscuit notes. On the palate flavors of crisp apple, pear and lemon citrus with notes of white flowers and garden spice. Long finish, vivid acidity ending with citrus, bread dough and mineral spice. Nice! — 3 months ago

Very nice, restrained tropical fruits. Younger than we generally consume Ladoix Chardonnay (8Y+), but doing nicely after some time out in the decanter. I think the Jadot (Gagey) style works more for our palates. — 2 years ago

Nice - fruit forward for a burgundy and floral with red fruit, some spice to balance and a bright finish. Drinks really nicely, should be a crowd pleaser. — 2 years ago
From northern end of Nuits-St.-Georges, close to Vosne Romanée. Ruby with an array of fruit, floral and spice aromas. On the palate cherry, currant and raspberry flavors with some fresh citrus zest adding in some pepper notes. Vibrant acidity, elegant tannins, well balanced just starting to wake up, long finish ending with depth and focus. Will continue to develop. Tasting Sample. — 5 years ago

Medium ruby - some real color here to match an intense aroma of red currant, violet, red apple skin, raspberry and red cherry, with and under-pinning of forest floor and a bit of rustic leather ands cedar developing. Not as elegant as the Charmes-Chambertin but it has a unique power of its own. Long finish, very appealing and drinking very well. — a month ago
