Overview
A historic and legendary white from Lazio, crafted under the DOP classification. This blend, traditionally based on Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia Bianca, and Rosetto, carries a legacy dating back to the year 1100, when a bishop’s servant famously marked tavern doors with “Est!” (meaning “it is”) to signal the best local wine.

Aromas & Flavors
On the nose, it is floral and fruity, with notes of green apple, citrus zest, white peach, and wildflowers, underscored by light herbal nuances. The palate is refreshing and crisp, showcasing lemon peel, green melon, and delicate almond on the finish.

Mouthfeel
Light-bodied and zesty with a clean, mineral-driven structure. The bright acidity keeps it lively, while the subtle almond bitterness on the back end adds character and balance.

Winemaking Notes
Produced by Falesco (Famiglia Cotarella), one of the most respected wineries in Lazio. Stainless steel fermentation preserves purity, freshness, and aromatics, aligning with the classic style that has kept this DOC wine a regional staple for centuries.
