Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Bristol Milk 1962

Bottled in 1962 and composed of unknown old soleras. Heavy on almost Viognier like perfume, the raisiny high tones are nearly astral... But this old bottle still has salt aroma that makes me wonder- was this blended with fino? Beguiling old Sherry! — 10 years ago

The Bristol Cream Solera Sherry

This sherry has a gorgeous chestnut brown color and an aromatic nose for days. Raisins, brown sugar, dried apricots. It’s all on the palate, too - complex in an easy-to-understand way. The sip is smooth and the finish won’t stop.

Lovely. Rich nutty flavour, tastes very mature and well aged. Definitely worth a try although not my personal favourite. — 9 years ago
