2024. The Dry Hop Monte is a vintage Pét-Nat made from old-vine Chardonnay from the Carroll Vineyard in Edna Valley fermented with a blend of aromatic hops. As a lover of dank and juicy IPAs, the NV Dry Hop Pét-Nat has been one of my favorites. The Monte kicks it up a bit! — a month ago

Stone IPA is a classic West Coast IPA from San Diego the Mecca of many great beers. This bold, hop forward IPA will never be mistaken for a more refined East Coaster. With its absolutely tantalizing hop bitterness, piney tones and vibrancy this is a big bold awesome IPA. If you like IPAs like I do add this to your list. Touring the many wonderful San Diego breweries is on my bucket list. @Bill Bender Bill this one is for you Cheers 🍻 — 8 years ago

Big hop sweet malt, east coast IPA spot on, earthy, grassy, nice hop profile, lot of hops, but again the malt is so sweet, even outs the hop, this is a great example of a east coast IPA, nice, very good — 10 years ago

The elegant 2021 Landmark (Hop Kiln Estate) displays a very attractive Bing cherry, black fruit appearance. It is medium >full with a deep ruby red appearance, perfumed red fruit aromatics and a mouthful of berry/cherry flavors. Well balanced and structured with ample fruit and crisp acidity, it delivers refined tannins at the spicy long finish. Overall a very classy and restrained Pinot that gets attention but doesn’t demand it. — 19 hours ago
