This is a nice sake. This is a “mag” but I think the aromatics are diminished due to the age of the bottle or the chill I have in it. I’m just not getting much. To me the flavors are great and I’m not surprised it’s got an SMV if +\- 0 it’s like drinking water. Little alcohol on the backend. — 10 months ago

This green can, made from the newest/youngest rice of the season and dated with a manufacturing date of Nov '21 is delicious. It offers a subtle aroma and similar sweet entry as the gold can version but much better of the alcohol so it doesn't have a burning hot finish. Good with some steamed edamame as a pre dinner warm up. — 2 years ago
