Blend of cabernet and merlot, but the wine spends three years in oak and cherry casks. The nose reminded me of a nebbiolo. Dried fruits and sour cherries blended with tobacco and tar. Pretty great stuff — 7 years ago

Had this at cellar temp. Bloody nice. Blend of four grapes (verduc, rebula, malvasia, and jakot/tokai)... there's some spicy citrus hiding under the initial expected sherryish notes, really intriguing wine. — 8 years ago

Orange, 9 month masceration. Grape from Greece but very Venetian. From very rocky soil and a lot of minerality. Not sweet or crisp like a traditional white wine. — 7 years ago
