Very smooth, easy to drink wine. — 6 years ago
Great wine with nice gentle flavours, really good value for money. Easy drinker, recommend it. — 7 years ago
Affordable brand from a family co-operative in Argentina. Acidity turned into tropical fruitiness next to an Asian chicken dish. Would pair with Asian flavors again. — 7 years ago
Blend of Viura, Albillo Mayor, Alarije (Malvasía Riojana), Jaen, Palomino and even Chasselas
doré from odd vines interplanted within Sabinares’ old vineyards’ predominant red varieties. Fermented in stainless steel, oak and concrete tanks, and aged with lees for nine months. Elegant and complex, with nuanced aromas of nuts, yellow fruit, quince and pollen and extraordinary acidity — 4 years ago
Full of flavor, peppery, lightly bitter. — 7 years ago
One of my go-to white wines! — 7 years ago
Not bad, especially for the price. Fair trade, but no indication that it's organic. $7 at co-op. — 6 years ago
Really good, 750 btl by the case American NW dist — 6 years ago
An excellent example of white Rioja! Very powerful blend of Viura and Malvasia riojana, ages very beautifully. Rich aromas of ripe peaches, yellow apples, hay, white flowers, fennel. Very warm and lingering aftertaste with salty notes. A nice vintage to enjoy now, but could easily wait another 10 years and remain almost the same — 7 years ago
