@Delectable this is the “Misto Mare.” A brand new field blend from Lageder comprised of 20 grapes from vineyards converting to biodynamics. Just the slightest blush in the glass. Jasmine, fuzzy peach, and stone fruit stuffed with minerals. Well textured. Insane packaging. Another QPR banger. — a day ago

Red fruit sweetness (nose), but: it's very dry, high acidity (obvious). Leather and dark chocolate made this pinot. Very good.

One if my favorite wines. — a month ago
This wine pours up in a medium-dark ruby color, with some rosy lavender hints around the rim. The nose hit me as almost unpleasantly funky. And I like funk. There is an extremely earthy quality to the smell, almost burying the dark fruit. The mouthfeel is a bit thin, and the palate shows flavors of plum, black currant and blackberry. Notes of cola become more noticeable on the finish, putting me in mind of a Pinot Noir. It is a clean, fresh sip, with no oak to get in the way. The tannins are tame, so pairing with chicken is probably a better idea than beef. — 4 months ago

Lightly extracted ruby red. Cherry fruit lather aroma. Light cherry berry flavor. Slight bitter seed finish. Worth a light chill, easy drinking. After a couple of hours, a nectarine-apricot flavor emerges in the finish which is really flavorful, so maybe you want to decant this one. — 6 days ago
