Delectable seems to think this is red and not white, odd since there is no red wine in the AOC, but... Who cares because it's delicious.
Fenel, pepper and underripe pear and honeydew but way more savory than fruity. Big acidic structure but well balanced and just beautiful. Awesome. — 9 years ago

What a nose. Custardy, gras, tropical but also granitic. Wow. So expressive. Citrus marmalade. So mineral and just expansive. Like a 9.6 nose. Maybe more! It’s a 9.7 nose. Sickness. Palate has energy for days and days and is so elegant, fresh and complex. Beautiful. Long. This is one of the best St. Perays I have ever had. Wow does it cling with super pure citrus and edgy tropical fruits that just coat the palate. Rich and energetic is my favorite combo. As this airs it comes more into focus and gets so nimble.
