Interesting palette not sure I ever tasted such an herbal wine before. Nose: cherry, orange? Taste: cherry, rhubarb, unidentified herb? Definitely a new try but very interesting and I did enjoy. — 2 days ago
Monopole - Quite tannic.
Has another 5+ years of life ahead of it. Cherry, raspberry - really incredibly tannic! Try again in 2030? Mulberry (yep have a tree so i can compare). Perhaps cranberry - but really nothing along the line „holy shit“ never had this before, Yes an iconic wine - but that does mean i will give it high points just because of the pedigree and 300$ for these is steep! — 2 months ago

It’s not about QPR when you have a chance to drink history. I had other plans for this bottle but I thought about the bottles I’ve sold over the years and never tasted which now I regret.
You can’t take them with you so you might as well enjoy while you can. Very good, bigger than I expected from a Burgundy but its another bucket list bottle — 3 months ago

Should have seen the tacos 🌮 I had with it, that would cause an envious uproar

Reasonable (good) but not spectacular and for 99$? Meyer lemon, jasmine, underripe white peach, apple. Not super interesting. — 4 days ago
