Medium light salmon pink , just a hint of orange . Quite fresh and fruited on the nose with some peach , herbal hints , rose and touch of raspberry . On the palate quite rounded and rich, some red strawberry , raspberry , peach and a saline note , that helps to balance . Balanced alcohol and creamy mouthfeel . Moderate acidity with good depth, quite good structure and reasonable herbal tinged length . This can probably age a little longer too , from now and over the next 5 years . Also, was probably the best match overall with the seafood based dishes we had . — a month ago

Nose has chalkboard dust, mashed cherries, raspberry, ripe currant, oak bark, (minor) moist garden soil, milk chocolate bar and moist pipe tobacco.

Palate has crushed cherries, orange peel, ripe black currant, blackberry, graphite and medium tannins. Long finish, amazing bottle this evening.

About two years since our last bottle, doing very, very well this evening, can hold another 6-12Y (2026-32) in proper storage. — 4 years ago

The description: This wine was crafted mainly from Grenache and Carignan grapes from several carefully selected terroirs in the Aude department, where the hot, dry, and extremely sunny climate allows for optimal ripening of the grapes.

With its pale pink colour, this wine is brilliant in aspect. It is extremely fruity and fragrant, with powerful aromas of strawberry, sour cherry and grenadine along with citrus notes (pink grapefruit). It is extremely fresh and easy-drinking, bold, round and long on the palate with flavours reminiscent of fruit drop candies, peach and redcurrant, finishing on a note of grapefruit.
