Another star in Rosenthal book but I’m a bit puzzled by the muted enthusiasm on Delectable. Sure, not the last word on complexity but what glory in classic chard & Macon notes. Rich & minerally mouthfeel, balanced. Yeah, for less than 15$ local. So what’s the problem? — 6 years ago

Brilliant choice by Austin Beeman. Very floral and fragrant nose. Dry, clean and crisp. Floral notes balanced a creamy sauce. This gem will be my go-to this summer. — 11 years ago
