Overripe yellow apple, slight lemon, honeydew melon, rock minerality on the nose. moderate body, moderate intensity, moderate plus acid, moderate alcohol, moderate plus finish, hint of bitterness, hint of green pepper, yellow apple, hint of saltiness. Lovely wine...balanced among fruit sugar, acid, structure and finish. Good anti pasti wine with prosciutto, cottechino, salsiccaia. — 9 years ago
